Fill out the fields below to add your campaign to the public list of pledge signers. A high-resolution photo link is required, and we send video instructions to the campaign email immediately after submission.

For candidates and campaign staff

This form is for candidates for Congress and their authorized campaign staff. If you're a neighbor or supporter, sign the public pledge on the pledge page.

Supporter pledge
Optional; helps us invite the campaign as a collaborator when we post the pledge video.
Paste a public link to a headshot or campaign photo, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, a press kit, or a campaign website image.
e.g. Candidate, Campaign Manager, Communications Director

What happens after you submit

The campaign email receives instructions for recording and sending the pledge video. We confirm authorization, update the public tracker, and add your signature to the signatories wall.
