As a candidate for the United States Congress/Senate representing the people I am looking to represent, I pledge to support the full abolition of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the creation of a humane, accountable, and community-centered immigration system.
I recognize that ICE has engaged in systemic abuses, including racial profiling, family separation, and the targeting of immigrant communities, which have undermined the values of justice, dignity, and equality that this nation professes to uphold. I believe that enforcement-centered immigration policy has failed and that it is time to rebuild our system around human rights, due process, and compassion.
Therefore, if elected to the United States Congress/Senate, I commit to:
- Voting for legislation that dismantles ICE and ends its current enforcement and detention operations.
- Supporting the creation of new structures that uphold immigrant rights, prioritizing pathways to citizenship, community safety, and fair labor standards.
- Opposing any expansion of ICE’s authority or budget until the agency is fully dissolved.
- Advocating for policies that respect the dignity of all immigrants and restore accountability to federal immigration enforcement.
I make this pledge publicly and without reservation, as a statement of my values and my responsibility to the people of my Congressional District/State.
Signed,
Candidate for U.S. Congress/Senate (2026)
