What this site is
This is an advocacy website run by the Neighbors Not Numbers Coalition. It hosts the Abolish ICE Pledge, tracks candidate responses, publishes signatories, and invites the public to take action. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and we are not affiliated with any government agency.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its intended purpose: reading the pledge, tracking campaigns, contacting candidates, donating, and sharing. Don't submit false pledge signatures, impersonate a candidate or campaign, scrape the site for commercial use, disrupt other users, or try to break the site's security. We may remove content or block access if you do.
Submitting a pledge
If you submit the candidate sign form, you represent that you are the candidate or an authorized representative of the campaign, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the campaign's permission to make the pledge public. We may verify authorization before publishing, and we may take signatures down if we discover they were submitted without authorization.
Pledge text
The pledge is a political commitment published so voters can hold signers accountable. It is not a legal contract, and nothing on this site creates a fiduciary, agency, or employment relationship between signers and the coalition.
Donations
Donations are processed by Zeffy and are subject to Zeffy's own terms and privacy policy. Donations to the coalition fund organizing work described on the Donate page. Neighbors Not Numbers Coalition Inc. is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, so contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
Accuracy
We do our best to keep the tracker and statistics accurate. Campaigns change, primaries move, and websites go down. If you spot something wrong, message us on Instagram and we'll correct it.
Third-party content
The site links to external pages (news articles, campaign websites, donation processors). We don't control those pages and aren't responsible for their content.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it up and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the site to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the campaign evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
