Forms and campaign records

The candidate pledge form collects campaign and signer details, an email address, photo link, optional website and social handle, and confirmation of authorization. The volunteer form collects your name, email, location, interests, optional phone and note, and permission to contact you. The contact form collects your name, email, subject, message and optional organization. These forms send information through Google Apps Script to Google Sheets and email the coalition. A random submission ID helps prevent duplicate records.

Public and private information

Verified candidate names, offices, states, districts, parties and campaign websites appear publicly in the signer tracker. Submitted photos, statements and social handles may be used in campaign materials. Contact and volunteer submissions are for responding to inquiries and organizing participation; they are not automatically published in the tracker. Do not include sensitive personal or immigration information in free-text fields.

Petitions, donations and merchandise

Action Network hosts the petition supporting AAACT and the PATH Act, with Justice & Power Collective listed as sponsor and Orlando 50501 Advocacy Guild as organizer. Their petition data practices apply when you sign, including through an embedded form. Zeffy processes donations. Printify supplies the merchandise catalog and hosts checkout. These providers handle information you enter through their services under their own policies.

Representative lookup

For ZIP lookup, the website sends the ZIP code to Zippopotam.us and coordinates to the U.S. Census Geocoder. For address lookup, it sends the address to the Census Geocoder. The lookup implementation does not save the address to the coalition’s form spreadsheets. Hosting and provider logs may still record requests. A ZIP lookup is approximate because ZIP codes can cross district boundaries.

Analytics and embedded content

The site uses Google Analytics to measure visits. Google Analytics, Instagram embeds, Action Network and Zeffy may receive device and network information and use cookies or similar technologies. Embedded content can contact its provider when loaded. Browser privacy settings or content blockers may limit these services; direct links remain available when an embed fails.

Retention and requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of information submitted to NNN, or an update or withdrawal of a candidate signature. Contact info@triplenc.org with enough detail to identify the submission. We do not publish a fixed retention period here because retention differs between campaign records, email and service providers. For records held directly by a petition, payment or merchandise provider, also contact that provider.
